Broccoli Mac and Cheese

I always like something in the frig that is a good go to when I just want a couple of bites and this works great. Flavor is great and makes an ever better side or picnic item.
Ingredients:
8oz Uncooked Lg Elbow Macaroni
2 Cups Chopped Broccoli Florets
1 1/2 Cup 1% Lowfat Milk
2 Tbs. All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Chopped Fresh Thyme
2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 Center-Cut Bacon Slice, Chopped
1 1/2 Tsp. Unsalted Butter
4.5 Ounces Reduced Fat Chedder Cheese, Shredded (1 cup)
Preperation:
1 Cook pasta according to directions omitting salt and fat. Add broccoli last min of cooking, cooking for one min. Drain
2 Combine milk and next 5 ingredients (thru salt) in medium bowl, stirring with whisk til smooth.
3 Heat large skillet over med-high heat. Add bacon and cook for 4 mins or until crips. Add butter to pan and swirl until melted. Add milk mixture to pan and bring to a boil. Cooking for 1 min stirring frequently . Stir in cheese and add pasta mixture to pan stirring to coat.
Makes approx. 4 servings
