I do all the clean up as if nothing happened except the memory of a great night.

Each event price starts with a base price for the chef and the cost of food.  This changes with the size of event and if servers will be needed to execute a flawless evening.

I come to your home and meet with you to get an idea of your taste and needs.  I work out a menu that you see and approve. I do a walk thru of your space to see what we will need to accomplish a successful event.
